Hi, I am Dave. Before Prairie Forge, I spent three decades learning how a business really runs, from the inside.
Ten of those years were in human resources: hiring and onboarding, training and development, pay and benefits, employee relations, the legal side, and the hard calls nobody enjoys. The other twenty, I spent leading and building teams in retail, big box and small box, on the sales floor, in production, and in the warehouse.
So I am not a web designer who read a book about business. I am someone who hired, trained, and led real teams and kept the wheels on, who also builds clean, modern websites. Work with me and you get both.
